Please read these Terms carefully before using Genelio. They govern your use of our platform and services.
By accessing or using Genelio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and Pro subscribers.
Genelio is for personal health informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions.
You retain full ownership of your genetic data. By uploading it to Genelio, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing insights to you. We will never sell, share, or use your DNA data for any purpose other than powering your Genelio experience.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You must be at least 18 years old to use Genelio.
Pro and Enterprise plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
You may not use Genelio to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, upload data belonging to other individuals without consent, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, or use the platform for commercial resale.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genelio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
